deposited money at SBI,Ichapore vide E-CHALAN issued by deptt.of excise mentioning grn no & specific account head on 13/3/15.bank sent it to an indefinite destination which they call as govt. account.The ammount wasRs 40000/- & was the renewal fees of excise license.Excise deptt.did not get the money & while it was reported to the bank the bank says that they do not have any option to deposite to aparticular account head but at the time of deposition instead of expressing their incapability bank sent the money to an indefinite destination.As a result I am on the verge of a loss up to the extent of lapse of license.I Asked the bank either to deposite the money to the proper head or to credit back the same to my account.But they refuse to do either of the above,which may cause loss of employment of so many person including myself dependent on my firm named as MADOL.With the expectation of justice and appropiate compensation this is my prayer to your authority.
