THAT AVIVA INDIA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY indulged in unfair trade practice by intentionally indulging in enticing me into paying TWO MORE PREMIUMS including the late charges and reinstatement fees with the false promise that the policy can be reinstated only on the basis of a DECLARATION OF GOOD HEALTH which I did with UTMOST GOOD FAITH in the said insurance company. It is only after having duly crediting their accounts that they have decided to levy fresh conditions like MEDICAL TESTS. 2. That the company is insisting on specialized medical tests like TMECG without having me physically examined, my history taken or getting routine laboratory tests done which is against all established norms of rational medical practice. 3. That now they have given me the option of taking refund of the exact amount paid without offering me interest on the said amount which again is against all established financial norms and practice and amounts to cheating. 4.
