I have booked bus ticket online via makemytrip from delhi to amritsar. But bus was canceled, I have been assured that my money will be refunded back in week. But now it is more that three week I have not yet received my money. On Talking to customer care executive they are giving different time limits every time but nothing worked yet. My booking ID is NU27011933263633.
