Consumer Redressal

. My mother and Aunt Mrs. RINA SARKAR and SMT. KRISHNA SARKAR had conducted a tour to South India for 17 days(29.12.14 to 14.01.15) started on 29/12/2014 through MUKHERJEE TRAVELS on good faith. They paid the full amount of Rs27722/.Mukherjee travels had given the journey ticket and return ticket to them.2 persons named GOPAL DAS(9674209748)and SAMBHU had accompanied with the tourist.But nightmare started from begining. All the tourist had to pay for the fooding by themselves. Guide was telling their Malik had didn't given enough money so they cannot pay etc etc. My mother telephone Mr. Barun Mukherjee and informed him about this but the fellow somehow manages the situation telling that he is sending the money and requested to pay by themselves for the food. My mother had given Rs3000/- initially to GOPAL AND SAMBHU and they paid for fooding. But Barun Mukherjee didn't send money again GOPAL and SAMBHU asking for money for food. So every tourist had decided if this will be the
