2ATM/1467/FBLK of Rs.10000/- from ATM of the Federal Bank Ltd. Mall Kanpur 24/11 Mall road Kanpur-208010. But it has been debited from SB account number 12300100044411. on 04/05/2015 at 12:00pm. Since I have operated twice for getting money both time the machine transaction failed. But money has been debited from my account above mention account. So i request too you kind enough to not note my loss and help me to get back my money into my account.
