Consumer Redressal

I have submitted an application of passport through Mr. Debashish Chaklraboty @ 08981639191 (Contact Number) , An Passport Agent from Tours & Travels located at Barrackpore ,Kolkata. Please Note that I have taken contact details throgh Prestegious www.sulekha .com ( Local Search Engine of Kolkata), Mr Debasis chakraboty has taken Rs 4500 from me for providing the Passport to be made in 10 days. I have deposit the amount to the his bank Axis Bank,Shyamnagar having Account No.914010016780647 dt.17.04.2015 Rs.3000.00 and by Cash Rs.1500.00 I have a proof of the Bank deposit receipt for the same. But he was not able to make the Passport Appointment .He is now not refunding back my amount and delaying everyday. He lies and in no mood to refund back my amount. I wish to file the case of Cheating against Mr. Debashish Chaklraboty @ 08981639191.
