Respected Sir, This regarding hospitalisation claim with TTK health. My wife underwent C-section on 23rd of April\'2012. In order to claim the hospital expenses I have given all the required documents on 17/05/2012 and obtained your receipt towards document, Receipt no. of TTK 9544 as acknowledgement for having received required documents. But till date they are processing the claim and asking for the details again and again which I have already submitted. Below is the mail I sent to them. \"In your reply below you have mentioned three points seeking clarification. Please see responses in blue. I have given all the required documents on 17/05/2012 and obtained your receipt towards document, Receipt no. of TTK 9544 as acknowledgement for having received required documents. RECEIPT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE HOSPITALISATION BILL THE PAYMENT RECEIPT SHALL HAVE RECEIPT NO, NATURE OF EXPNESE, DATE OF THE RECEIPT, AMOUNT RECEIVED AND THE NAME OF THE PAYEE. THE RECEIPT SHALL ALSO CARRY THE SEAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE HOSPITAL Detailed bill along with receipt mentioning bill number in receipt have been submitted on 17/05/2012 with seal and signature. ii. NEED COPY OF HOSPITAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE WITH DETAILS OF NUMBER OF INPATIENT BEDS AND ICU Registration number has been provided on 17/05/2012 with hospital seal and signature in form meant for hospital. Hospital contact number and address is there, you can always contact them to get the details. iii. NEED DETAILS AND BREAK UP OF AMOUNT CLAIMING OF RS 14800 DATED ON 21-04-2012. This is for cord stem cell sample, if this is not reimbursable please ignore this claim of Rs 14800.\".
