Consumer Redressal

My name DILPREET SINGH has still not been removed from the CIBIL even though confirmation of removal of his name as Guarantor had been conveyed to us way back on 2nd January 2015, by email received from ICICI Bank Managers. It has caused us a lot of anxious moments as a loan needed very urgently could NOT get sanctioned to him because of the CIBIL still showing adverse data. May I request you to resolve this issue immediately and get the instructions issued for changes in CIBIL notification, with a copy to us of your office direction and the instruction sent to CIBIL.
