Hoysala travels had contacted us in March for Andaman package and told us that including Flight fare, hotel stay, sight seeing it is 56500. So we paid advance of 44200. Later they said that flight charges itself more than 60000, and hotel booking extra. So we decided not to proceed anymore because of the deviation in their plan. We asked them to return our money back. They promised to return our money back and so far they gave only Rs28000. Remaining 16200 they didn't return to us yet. Its been almost 3 months we have waited, but now they are not responding if we call them. They have accepted mistake was from their side because of the wrong communication and wrong plan by his employee. Now they are cheating us. They said that they are registered KSTDC agent REGD. BY GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA Firm No/1401/02-03. Kindly help us to get our money back and guide us how to proceed further. His employee called me and scolded me using bad words also threatened me.
