Dear Sir, i booked a ticket through IRCTC from Patna To DURGAPUR for the journey of dated 25/11/2012. But when i reached to the station with my family,train diverted without any information and not touching boarding station.After this i file my TDR through IRCTC on 25/11/2012. But after long time i don\'t get my refund yet. Kindly do the needful. PNR-2341267312.
