To my horror, I was shocked to hear that my insurance policy of my car has been cancelled last year, without intimation to me, via call or sms or any letter on my registered address or mail on my registered mail id. On being asked, if at all the cheque was dishonoured for any reason unknown to them, the staff at Tanya automobiles had no answer, and giving baseless excuses.8. I am not expecting any delay on decision to resolve this matter, please take immediate disciplinary action against defaulters
