Consumer Redressal

Last year I booked hotel through on line Yatra.com. And made payment as per their required ment. But Yatra.com not provided hotel accommodation during my holiday at kulalampur. Later i registered complaint but no improvement on my complaint till date so, decided to take issue to consumers foram. To get compensation for not giving services to customer and made mental torcher and mental agony during my vacation.
