I have taken a Medical Insurance Policy from Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited and my insurance policy No.is P/171114/2013/001105. As per the policy if I am admitted in a hospital for 24 hours I am entitled for the medical claim.I was admitted in the hospital on 18th April 2013 for Prostate Biospy test. I had also informed them when I was admitted and their representative visited the hospital for confirmation. After my discharge from the hospital I submitted all the bills and hospital expenses in original with Doctor\'s certificate. Now they have rejected my claim with silly excuses. I would request you to please look into the matter
