Consumer Redressal

I have booked a trip with Yatra.com to South India Ooty,Kodaikanal, Munnur & Kumarakom with package cost of Rs.46,000/- with flight from Kochi to Bangalore and then Bngalore to Kolkata. We were two who were ready for travel on Aug 27th 2015 onwards as per plan but due to family problem unable to avail the package.after doing mail i have tried Several time to call the Yatra but they did not received the call if received just forwarding to one bench to other. I have booked this trip with advance payment of Rs.8000/-. Today morning I got a call from Ytra,to call me again to their no 1860 200 1800 for cancellation and the Representative cancel my flights and tell me they will deduct 1500/- per head as cancellation fee for Air ticket cancellation and after other deduction they will refund Rs.3000/- i.e. deduction will be Rs.5000/- and refund will be Rs.3000/-. But few mints later he told me NO REFUND will be given to me as it is booing fee.They were telling me to look at their Cancellat
