Consumer Redressal

I have a car loan from kotak mahindra 3.6 lakh..i submit my new ford figo worth 4.9 lakh. as i unable my continue my pay my emi with in one year. i submit it to bank on that time bank told me if i dont have to pay anything and bank also give me the extra amount of sell.but now they are demanding extra lots of money and send legal notice to pay the money as defalter and my loan ac is not closed yet...plz do the neccessary at earliest...
