My name is Amit Ranjan and I had opted for membership from Jukaso Journeys (http://jukasojourneys.com/) on October 12, 2013 because Jukaso is a prominent name in hospitality sector but sadly this company has failed very badly due to very poor quality service, very poor management, non-responsiveness from customer care/senior management and very poorly maintained tie-up properties. Promises/commitments made by Jukaso at the time of taking membership have not been fulfilled yet. Many reminders have been sent but didn't get any response from there. Request you to please look into it and help me out as I have been cheated by this company and they are doing it openly without any fear.
