i booked a hotel in chandigarh via make my trip.But something went wrong (which company claims to be technical error) the hotel refused us room when we reached hotel we arranged accomodation by our own means,later make my trip gave us refund but i want compensation of 2lakh(1 lakh each)for mental harrasment by make my trip.
