I booked a traveller from gurgaon to kasol and the travel agency took money in advance from us. When we reached kasol the driver told us that the vehicle engine was facing issues and they have to get the engine checked. The driver said that it would take another day or 2 for return journey to gurgaon. As we couldnt wait that long so we tried to contact the travel agency to get the refund of the extra money paid to them. The owner of travel agency switched off his cell phone and we were left on street for whole day. We had nowhere to go and no money in our pockets. The travel agency owner is not responding to calls and we are mugged by both the driver and the travel agency.
Please help me.
