Consumer Redressal

I had booked a cab to go to office at 8.15 a.m. on their portal. The driver dint arrive on time and I called him to ask his location. He misbehaved with me and told me that I should have told him to come. He arrived half an hour late and dint move as the duty was credit duty (to be paid by my company) At 9, I decided to take my own car to work. I have complained on their portal but I dont feel that appropriate action is taken against such drivers and company.
