I have purchased a Hero Maestro from Rajdhani Auto Raipur and it is financed by Hero Finance on Aug 2014 whose registration number is CG 04 HL 8868 i want to get the account foreclosed for new purchase finance but there is no concern office and nobody from the dealers side is taking responsibility of givig the right information about my a/c statement & foreclosure amount as well even the customer care no handed to me is always un answered many times i had tried but they are not picking up the call as i want to foreclose the account as soon as possible but i was told to wait for 7 days for getting the details of my account and for closure it will take more time after the statement and it will take even more time to get the NOC. Plz help us out as i am finding myself like helpless because dealer is saying that the Hero Finance dont have their office at Raipur and nobody could do nothing i just have to wait for the customer Care number to be picked which i have done several time.
