I have been duped by MAK Tours and Travels Kolkata while booking a tour package through them for Thailand. they booked all the tickets without booking ticket of my wife as her passport was valid less than 6 months. We initially asked the travel agent about passport validity and he said that our passport is valid. When we cancelled our tour due to inconfidence in the travel operator, they deducted 88500/- . for no mistake of ours, we are losing a huge sum of money. Please help me as this is an injustice done to my by the travel agent. They neither issued me tickets, nor shared with me the cancellation receipt and just siphoned my money.
