Consumer Redressal

In november 2014 i made a purchase of mobile phone handset, at that time made a insurance of the phone also. Now my handset got damaged and for that i go to the care center for claim which have tie up with appsdaily insurance company and they rejected my request for the claim. They told me that on my bill receipt, three characters of name is over writed so that they can't accept my insurance claim. For me this is not acceptable. If they do not give insurance to the customer then why did they get promise to customer at the time of insurance.
