I booked a trip on Make My Trip on February 23 booking ID IN1502B8S046735 I had to cancel the trip because my grandmother expired. I wrote it to Make My Trip asking for a refund of My amount of rs 17300. They asked for proofs. I submitted all the proofs but they did not provided any response. Strict action should be taken against them for rude behaviour to consumers and I need my money refund.
