Cancellation Request No. 581395, 574596, 587220
I have called up the Goibibo customer care on 1800-208-1060 at least 20 times, and they have always told me that the refund will be done at earliest.
the case is as follows:
I booked hotel on goibibo.com and the cancellation policy was 100% refundable, if cancelled before the stipulated time.
The total bill was Rs. 12199/- out of which i paid Rs. 9150 from my credit card, and Rs. 3049 from my GoCash Account
when i cancelled the booking no. HTLBYTMLKT, i got refund of Rs. 6101/- in my credit card and Rs. 3049/- in my GoCash Account.
Where has the Rs. 3049/- (actual paid from credit card gone)
none of the goibibo people are ready to talk to me and they are also not refunding the amount to me.. this is 100% useless team who are not ready to refund my money.
