Hi I have enrolled for a policy in Indian health organisation. I was told that post receipt of the kit, if services don,t appeal to us and if we inform IHO within 21 days after receiving of the kit, we would be eligible for complete refund.But the phone banking officers are now saying that refund would not be executed as we don,t have sufficient reasons for terminationg the policy.
