Myself & wife had booked our Overeseas Tour Holiday to South Africa + Kenya alongwith FREE OFFER – HOLIDAY PE HOLIDAY with COX&KINGS, Mumbai for which we paid On 17.04.2013 Rs.470204/- all inclusive the complete amount as demanded by COX&KINGS. They assured us that there will not be any other payments due later & all are included in the above payment including FREE OFFER HOLIDAY PE HOLIDAY. Now to go ahead with our FREE OFFER OF HOLIDAY PE HOLIDAY planned for 07 Aug. 2013, COX&KINGS demand extra payment that is totally absurd and against the agreement they got with us as said above. So we didn’t agree for their such demand for extra payment. Thus, now our this FREE OFFER OF HOLIDAYPE HOLIDAY is held up & spoiled by COX&KINGS due to their ridiculous actions. Our many e.mails & telephone calls not responded by COX&KINGS. Thus, we request your kind help to resolve the issue.
