This is Ravi Singh, I have booked my hotel from expedia.co.in on 6th June 2008 and My initial itinerary # 1487-4465-47. My current case id # S55276554.
I would like to narrate my ordeal while booking hotel through expedia.com
I booked hotel on 6th June 2012 for 5 family members (2 Rooms) for stay in Mussorrie, india on 8th June 2013. I have got my confirmed booking and it was clearly mentioned on confirmation receipt that please don’t reconfirm the booking because expedia always provide confirm booking.
I have reached hotel on 8th June 2012 at 10 AM for check-in but hotel has refused my booking as it was not available any booking with them.
