Sir,
My repeated refund request for cancelled ticket, against booking ID NU27013934178611 (Mumbai-Kolhapur) is not yet resolved,
My cancellation request email was sent well before 12 hours of journey, and as per refund policy of Makemytrip, they need to refund my money, as my request for refund by email was sent & acknowledged by Makemytrip email & customer care executive well before 12 hours of journey. Instead of answering the request, query everytime they generate a new complaint ID & keep silent.
Kindly do needful to get my refund the money.
