Dear Sir/Madam , I live in UTTAM NAGAR ward no.-4 ,Hissar (Haryana).The only approach road to this apartment is completely dug up and it is impossible to reach this place. This has caused a lot of hardship to the residents. The recent pipe laying work was completed shabbily and there is no sense in people who finished that work. Could you please fix this road and help the hapless residents? Regards,all peoples of Uttam Nagar
