Consumer Redressal

I stayed in Hummingbird service apartment in Bandra East from 29th July-8th August. While using their iron in the apartment my shirt got damaged, so I complained to laundry staff and they assured me they will get the shirt cleaned in a day from outside laundry. Next day (7th August) manager says that laundry person didn\'t come. He told me that he will get the shirt cleaned in 1-2days and will call me at the earliest. I believed him and settled the bill on 8th August. I waited for about a week for his call and finally I had to call him again on 14th August. He told him that due to Eid laundry person didn\'t come. He told him he will get it done quickly. Today is 21st August and I haven\'t received any communication from him regarding the status. It has been 2weeks and still there is no sign of the matter getting resolved. I didn\'t expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from them. It looks to me I committed a mistake in settling the bill without getting my shirt back. Kindly look
