have cancelled my return tickets on 10 th june 2013 and they credited only rs 500 in my accounnt where as air india officiaal said your refund will be Rs.11,592 cleartrip people asked me to personally visit city office of air india and obtain endorsement copy so i obtained endorsement copy from air india personally and submitted to cleartrip office personally on 4th july 20cleartrip office at n m joshi marg.i was told your refund will be processed in 5 working days after calling them n number of times and getting the same reply that ur refund has not been processed by call center executives i am fed up i want my own money back i am feeling like a begger
