With reference to the above subject matter, National Insurance Co. Ltd, DAB-II, 9 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata 700 017 has rejected the claim vide their letter ref no : 100701/Cl./Eng./BM/2009 Dt. 21.10.2009 despite our genuine theft claim of vehicle no. WB-41C-3710 on the ground that the place of occurrence falls at the site of Jain Infraprojects Ltd, Chandrapura in Jharkhand which is outside the jurisdiction of in Jharkhand which is outside the jurisdiction of location as per the policy i.e. West Bengal and Bihar.
