I have filed mediclaim amount 1,88,370 RS on 11th May 2013. and also provided all required documents but TTK healthcare rejected my cliam saying that \"the treatment was possible on out-patient basis. we recommend for the repudiation of the claim (BLR-0513-FL-0002873 )under operative clause no: 4.10 & operative clause of the policy, which read as under;
4.10: Expenses incurred primarily for evaluation/diagnostic purposes not followed by active treatment during hospitalization\"
I need assistance to get the claim amount settled. I am ready to provide you all required documents.
