Have booked neeta bus from satara to mumbai.... Ticket fair 1730.... Already extremely highpriced for the distance travellled..... We are on time... At 5.30pm Waiting for the bus... Then after 15mins we call up the kolhapur centre n they inform us that the bus hasnt even reached kolhapur !!! The person on phone says the bus is two hours late !!!!! Now whats the point of bookibg such highly priced bus service if it doesnt even come on time n worst.... We are not even informed about it..... Now what should i be doing if i have a connecting flight from mumbai at 1am in the night... N this bus qould reach at 2 in the night !!!! I think i am entitled to a totall refund of 3460rs !!! Credibility is totally missing here . Pls intervene.
