I had booked a 2BHK 1250 sq ft flat with Omaxe Grand, Shaheed Path, Lucknow. All the initial amount that i had to pay (Rs.8.5 lacs) was paid and then i applied for Loan with IDBI Lucknow which was also sanctioned. But the Builder Omaxe has since then not moved an inch and there is a complete lack of intent with the builder for this property. I dont want to stay invested and vacate the claim to the said flat and hence seek refund of my money at the earliest. I had also taken small loans from other people and i need to pay them back now. I feel stifled and want my money back.
