I took plan from ACT TV BORADBAND and the plan was of 100 GB. After 100 GB, it must reduced to 512Kbps speed but my data usages is only 90 GB and plan speed has been reduced to 512Kpbs.
When I contacted to them , they said they can nto give 10 GB back.
Also i asked to upgrade my plan but they denied to do that too.
I am small enterprise person and facing too much issue because of this low speed.
I have significant screenshot of the system to show about data usages and speed.
Please help because i have already deposited for 6 months in advance.
