Respected Sir, I have purchased Health Insurance Policy in the name of my sister Parito Devi from Star Health Insurance Co. Ltd. w.e.f. 28.4.2012. However, they rejected the first claim of Rs. 37680/- with the illogical policy terms which most of the insurance companies and banks probably keep in their favour. I need justice to get reimbursement of the claim or alternatively to get my entire premium refund from the company.
