I had to renew by Bajaj Alliance car insurance, then the inspection was done and I get a call from them saying that I need to make the payment of Rs.5075, which I did it with my credit card then after couple of days I get a call saying that I need to pay another 3000 because there were many dents on the vehicle, when I asked them that why was this not informed they had no idea about it.
