Sir,
I am a central Government Employee. I wanted to go to Kashmir on my own expenditure without taking LTC. I gave Rs. 15000 for this to book my LTC package to Kashmir from Oct 05. I was told by the tour manager that tickets are not available at the rate they told to me. I told tour manager to return my money back to me. Mrs. Preeti the tour manager is not depositing the money back into my account. Please do the needful.
