Consumer Redressal

I booked return air tickets from Delhi to Mumbai from EasyGoTrip.com on 24 September 2013. Booking Ref Number ET15080. The payment of Rs 12924 was made through my VISA credit card to JC Travels which is an associate travel agent for easy go trip. I got an email from JC travels on 24 Sep itself that my tickets could not be booked due to unavailability. However, the money was already deducted from my credit card account. I asked them to refund the amount and send me the refund transaction details over email. Since 24 Sep 2013, I have made countless follow ups over phone, even sent multiple emails to their support centre. I have not gotten any response about my refund amount. They are not even providing me the refund transaction details. Most of the time no one is available in their refunds department and keep procastinating the things, It has already been more than 20 days since I asked them to refund the amount and I have not got any details. Kindly help me.
