Consumer Redressal

This is with regard to my Tour to Mumbai Yatra dated 12 April 2013..I booked my air ticket throughBengal Junction (2, kalibari lane, opp indian oil bhawan, kolkata 700031, phone:8100708090/Mr Shovon Chakraborty9038060030)by paying Rs/-4325/-for air ticket of Indigo Airlines from kolkata to Mumbai having PNR -BPJZCT dated on 12-4-2013 and Rs/-5775 for air ticket in air India from mumbai to kolkata as on 13-4-2013 having PNR K1JCWT . but at the tme of taking ticket I come to know that my tickets were cancelled by my agent without informing me.hence I had to buy both ticket again in almost twice price. after that Mr shovon Chakraborty paid me only Rs/-3000, rest money not yet being paid, not only that but also avoiding me by rejecting my calls. please do the need full.
