Facts of the case are as follows. My daughter, Shilpa Garg, B.Tech(Hons), wanted to go to the USA to pursue Higher studies.The classes were to begin on 15/08/2013. She bought ticket in June for Rs. 56,500/- from this agent on Hyd-Mumbai-Newark-Raleigh route for travel on 08/08/2013.
