I have done a term end plan through online from aviva life insurance vide policy no, 10053215 on 9/09/2013 but after 10 days of payment policy letter not has been issued. when i contact customer care aviva then told me that you will be paid extra amount due to you are serving in paramilitary force. but before purchasing of this policy these information hidden by me. so i feel very stress. hence provide justice regarding wastage of valuable time and providing mentally stress.
