Booked the sleeper berth paid full amount but this irresponsible idiot KPN without inform me cancel the Bus simply saying at bus was cancelled you have to travel by ordinary sleeper coach. My boarding point they changed from Indira Nagar to Madiwala. Finally at Madiwala 11.30 pm bus came and dropped at Hosur to change another Bus. No proper response from thier staff.
