Dear Sir,
I have taken an individual broadband connection from Wish Net Private Ltd on 05.05.2020.The plan purchased by myself is Bronze 70 for speed 70 Mbps. The average download speed is around 5 to 7 Mbps during working hours on week days. Several complaints have been raised with the internet service provider but the problem remains unresolved.I request your kind intervention in this matter to resolve the problem (refer attachments).
