Consumer Redressal

Dear concern, I booked my air ticket from Clear trip agency details below. I went to airport on time and clear the checkin process but on immigiration they ask me for stamp by ministry as my passport is ECR ,as i was not aware about the stamp i request them that i have an employement visa and i was not aware but they denied for boarding ,hence i missed my flight ,then i went to air india counter and ask for my refund they told that all taxes will be refunded by the agent (CLEARTRIP), i logged my plea for refund to cleartrip they replied that refund will be processed in 7 days ,but nothing happend ,i kept on following them but no result. I also logged twice my complaint to Air Sewa online complaint cell (No PI545721& QP5858253) but still no reply neither my refund. Sir as already i am not in situation to afford due to covid-19 ,please help me in my refund .
