We have a booked a J&K, Leh package for dtdt16.5.2020 through Kashmirport travels . Our single point contact with travels is Mr. Bhat Javeed - 919797153022. We have made a advance of Rs 30000 by online by dtd 17th Feb 2020 & traveler acknowledged the receipt by return mail dtd 18th Feb 2020.
But due to Covid the flight & trip cancelled. Same cancellation request we sent over mail dtd 18.April 2020. along with the refund of advance paid, initially he said okay, now he is not responding to us in any mode of communication/call. Pls suggest how to avail the refund.
