Makemytrip- international ticket cancellation - Non refund of cancellation amount -towards cancellation of Air ticket (Booking ID-IN1B1569731795172
As per the document on the makemytrip app, the total amount of Rs 114360 is processed as refund
But I have received only an amount of Rs.64360 as detailed below.
1. Remittance to Central Bank of India account no. --------9809 - Rs. 50000
2. Remittance to State Bank of India account no . -----4597- Rs 14360
The balance of Rs 50000 is still pending and requested them to deposit the amount ( & tax gained from the amount) in my State Bank of India account no . -------24597 without any further delay.
I had made enough chatting & direct phone calls & I never got the problem solved.
