Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to inform you that against the aforesaid booking, Indigo Airlines has refunded the 100% booking amount to yatra booking app as flight was cancelled from airlines. However Yatra booking app is not refunding booking amount to me, whereas airlines has assured that the booking amount will be refunded within week time to the customer. I am sending mail to yatra but not getting any response from them. I also send complaint to Indigo, but so far i have not received any reply from airlines.
I am seeking your intervention for getting booking amount refund from yatra.
