My travel agent not refunding my cancellation charge even after Spice Jet refunded the amount. PNR No: K5GD6L. taken on 6-07-2020 through Happyfares.in. cancelled the ticket on 12-07-2020. as per Spice Jet customer care they refunded the amount on 12-07-2020. but Happyfares not refunding it. what I can do ?
